Summary
Type: SPE
Application #: 305550
Detection:
Conditions: Column conditioning: 10 mL methanol, then 5 mL HPLC-grade water
(Do not let run the column dry!)
Sample aspiration: 250 mL of the sample were percolated through the column (flow rate of approx. 10 mL/min); each sample bottle was rinsed with 10 mL HPLC-grade water and the rinse was added to the column.
Washing: 5 mL HPLC-grade water
Drying: 10 min
Elution: 4 x 1 mL methanol (flow rate of about 1 mL/min)
Evaporation: to dryness at room temperature by a gentle stream of nitrogen
Reconstitution: 1 mL methanol
